Our Editorial Team

The Editors

A small, trusted team of literary professionals dedicated to helping writers at every stage of their craft and career.

Our Philosophy

Editorial work is a conversation, not a correction

Every editor at Lorincz Literary was selected not only for their literary acuity, but for their ability to listen — to understand what a writer is reaching toward and help them get there.

We do not impose our taste on your work. We serve the book you are writing, not the book we would have written.

"The editor's job is not to write the book for the author — it is to help the author find the courage and clarity to write it themselves."

— Holly Lorincz
